Brand and website design for the water delivery service

We developed a brand platform, positioning, brand design and website for Skandinavia TM.

First, we analyzed the target audience. We conducted several dozen deep interviews. We detected the mail avatar of the brand customer, so we could understand exactly who we are selling to. How this avatar lives, what it likes, what bothers it. What is the most important for it in the product and service.
We got lots of answers. We conducted several strategic sessions based on this data. We fixed some directions for future development of the brand.

The Skandinavia brand has a clear positioning: water from a premium producer without overpricing.
